Who can participate in the program?

myHusky Rewards is free to join and is available to individuals who are 13 years or older. Individuals between the age of 13 and 16 can register as a household member under a parent''s or legal guardian''s master account. If you are a parent/guardian of a minor, you must supervise the minor''s participation in the Program.

I am a commercial (cardlock/fleet) driver, am I eligible for the program?

Can I get a card for a business, school or charity?

myHusky Rewards is only available to individuals. It is not open to corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises or schools.

Signing up (registering your card)

How do I join?

Pick up a card at any participating Husky station.

Your card is ready to use and you can start earning points on your first transaction. After five swipes, you must register your card to continue earning and to begin redeeming.
Register online to begin redeeming your points.

How much does it cost?

Nothing! It is absolutely free to be a myHusky Rewards member.

How do I register my card?

You can register your myHusky Rewards card online with few easy steps.

  1. Click the "Join Today" or "Register" button.
  2. Click "Yes" if you want to subscribe to our emails for exclusive offers plus a 500 point welcome bonus!*
  3. Earn as a pack and add up to five household members to your account.
  4. After you click "Submit", you will receive a confirmation email. Click the link in the email to complete your registration.

*500 point welcome bonus will be issued within 72 hours of your first purchase of $5 or more (before taxes).

Do I have to register my card? What happens if I don''t?

Yes, you need to register your card to be able to keep accumulating points after five transactions and, more importantly, redeem points toward great rewards like dollars off fuel and free in-store products.

If you don''t register your card for four months after your first purchase, all the points you''ve earned will be terminated.

Can I have more than one card registered to me?

No, you can only have one card registered at a time.

Household accounts

What is an additional household card?

An additional household card is linked to a primary account. Having additional household cards joined to the same account helps you accumulate points together. Each household card must be held by an individual sharing the same address as the primary account holder.

Additional household card holders have their own profile. While they are "attached" to the primary account, the primary account holder can determine whether they can also redeem points.

Points are not transferrable from one primary account to another primary account; however, one primary account may add up to five household members.

How do I get an additional household card?

You can pick up an additional card at any participating Husky location, then add this card to a primary account during the registration process. If you''ve already created a primary account, simply log in and add the card to the household cards section.

Does each member in a household need a different card?

Yes. Each member (13 years and older) must have their own myHusky Rewards card.

Earning points

Can I earn points on everything I buy?

You cannot earn points on purchases of tobacco, the payment of in-station accounts or on taxes.

How many points can I earn?

You can earn:

  • 1 point per litre on regular fuel or diesel
  • 2 points per litre on premium fuel
  • 2 points per dollar you spend on in-store items, car washes and meals at Husky House Restaurants

Will I see my points immediately or is there a delay?

With the exception of some bonus offers, you will see the points you earn or redeem right away on your receipt. Your receipt will also include your total points balance.

How do I find out how many points I have?

There are three ways to check your points balance:

  1. Check the bottom of your receipt.
  2. Log into your profile. Your balance will be displayed in the top right corner next to your name and under "Transaction History".

Do points expire?

No, points do not expire; however, your account will be suspended if you don''t earn or redeem points for 18 months or longer. If you''re not active for another 60 days, your account will close and you''ll lose your points.

If you don''t register your card for four months after your first purchase, all the points you''ve earned will be terminated.

I forgot my card, can I still earn points?

Yes, if you forgot your card, your points can be added to your account within 90 days of the original purchase. Just have your receipt on hand, log into your account and click "Missing Points" at the top of the page. Submit the information on your receipt and any qualifying base points will be added to your account. Bonus points can only be captured if the promotion is still valid at the time of your online submission.

Redeeming points

How do I redeem points?

Here''s how you can redeem:

  • At the pump - Swipe your myHusky Rewards card and the pump will prompt you to redeem for the maximum amount possible.
  • In store - Swipe or scan your digital rewards card and we''ll tell you when you have enough points to redeem. If you''re scanning a digital rewards card for the first time, as a security precaution, you''ll receive an email to verify your card. Click the email confirmation link to enable redemptions with your digital card.
  • Redeem points online through our rewards catalogue.

How will I know when to redeem?

You''ll either be prompted at the pump or by a station attendant when you shop in store. Just say "Yes!" if you want to redeem your points.

Can I use my points in Husky House Restaurants?

Yes, swipe your myHusky Rewards card when you pay for your meal and a server will ask if you wish to redeem your points.

Is there a maximum number of redemptions I can make?

To protect your account, you may be limited in your ability to make multiple redemptions.

Can I give my points to someone else to redeem?

Points are not transferrable from one account to another; however, one primary account may add up to five household members to earn points together. The primary account holder can also determine whether household members can redeem points.

Why was I not able to redeem my points on my fuel purchase even though I selected "Yes" to the redemption amount shown?

When you redeem points on fuel, you''ll be given the option to redeem based on your points balance and the amount you pre-authorize the pump for. If you don''t fuel up to the amount of fuel that your redemption was based on, the redemption will be cancelled and the full amount will be charged to your payment card. We are unable to process partial redemptions of points. We recommend you choose a pre-authorization amount that you are certain you''ll fill up to to ensure your redemption is processed.

If you prepay for fuel inside the store, redemption offers are set to a maximum of 50% of your prepay amount. This protects both parties and helps prevent the scenario where a customer does not fuel enough to use the full redemption and mistakenly leaves thinking the fuel was paid for with points.

Who can redeem points on the household account?

The primary account holder can select who can redeem points in their household account settings.

Can I exchange my points for cash?

No, points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash; however, you can use points to purchase gift cards through the online catalogue.

Digital rewards card

Can I use a digital rewards card?

Yes, you can add your myHusky Rewards card to the Stocard app and our station attendants will scan the QR code from the app when you make your in-store purchase. You can also add your rewards card to your Apple or Google wallet.

What''s Stocard?

Stocard is a loyalty app where you can store multiple loyalty cards and view special offers. Download the Stocard app, then add your myHusky Rewards card. Our station attendants will scan the QR code from the app when you make your in-store purchase.

Can I scan a digital rewards card at the pump?

No, you’ll need to insert a plastic myHusky Rewards card to earn and redeem points at the pump.

I scanned my digital rewards card, but couldn''t redeem any points.

If you''re scanning a digital rewards card for the first time, as a security precaution, you''ll receive an email to verify your card. Click the email confirmation link to enable redemptions with your digital card.

What happened to the myHusky App?

We decommisioned the app after several years in market, learning the app didn''t provide customers with the experience they were looking for. We experienced some technical challenges and weren’t happy with its overall performance.

Card replacement & lost cards

I lost my card, what should I do?

Call our contact centre at 1-855-MYHUSKY (694-8759) to have your account suspended. Call us again to activate your account to be able to complete a card replacement online.

My card is damaged. How do I get a replacement card?

You can pick up a replacement card at any participating Husky location. To transfer your points to your new card, complete the card replacement process online.

What happens to my account balance when I do a card replacement?

Your balance will be transferred over to your new card.

I lost my card and registered a new card rather than doing a card replacement. How do I get my points transferred over?

A card replacement cannot be done if you''ve already registered your new card. When you pick up a new myHusky Rewards card, call our contact centre at 1-855-MYHUSKY (694-8759) to merge your two accounts.

My card was not registered and I lost it. How do I get the balance transferred?

YourUnfortunately, we cannot transfer a balance of a lost card that is not registered to a person.

General questions

I forgot my password for my account.

Forgot your password? Reset it here and follow the instructions. We''ll send you a new password to the email listed in your account.

I''m not earning any points when I use my myHusky Reward card.

If you aren''t earning any myHusky Rewards points, it may be that your card is not registered. Points will stop accumulating after your fifth transaction on an unregistered card.

What happens to the personal information?

What happens if the myHusky Rewards system goes down?

If system communication is lost, points issued or redemptions made will be processed to your account once the system is restored. The station attendant cannot complete redemptions or check your points balance when the system is down.

I subscribed to email offers, but am no longer interested. How can I opt out?

You have three options:

  1. Log into your account and de-select the email communications option on your "My Profile" page.
  2. Call our contact centre at 1-855-MYHUSKY (694-8759) to change your email preferences.
  3. Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of past promotional email.
